The Ivor Spencer School is on the grounds of a beautiful country house. It specializes in teaching men and women how to be butlers. By the third week of the course , the students start to find out if they really can become butlers or not. Today, there are fewer butlers, but the job is still important.

The Young Riders of Mongolia
Mongolians are very good at horseback riding. Horses are still a very important part of the culture here.They need horses for their way of life, just as they did centuries ago.
They have a special festival on July. This festival has several important events in traditional Mongolia sports - including horseback riding. Riders must be less than 12 years old. Children can have special experiences in the festival. The race is very demanding for everyone involved and they've shown that they may just be the next great riders of Mongolia!

Farley the Red Panda
Farley is more than just a lovable red panda. When he was born, he had very difficult time to live. It was uncertain if Farley would live or die. Nursery worker worried about him, and gave him the greatest supports as possibly. Farley fought! And he could get over those difficulties. To support the living of animal is not easy, because they are not humans and have own style of living. Deeply to keep considering about what is the best for him helps this problem.

The Future of a Village
This story is set in Northwest Africa. It happens in Morocco, in the village of Essaouria. This town has a beautiful old row of houses along the street, and it is famous for the great fishing business.
But now, the traditional job is no longer such a good lob because of the appearances of new and better boats. So the small town is trying to bring in tourists again , thinking of new way to make money.
As a result tourism in Essauouria has increased sharply. But at the same time people should be very careful about the preservation of their precious nature.

As a result of his voyage, he was considered by some to be a very important man in Europe.
His name is Christopher Columbus, who was born in Italy, in 1451. When he was a young man, he wanted to find the answer to a major geographical problem, studying geography.
In 1492, he could have his ships, and he and his group sailed west with the King's big support.
Then, finally on October 12, 1492, the very tough and long voyage could see a goal which is to achieve the land. People include Columbus believed that they were in the islands of the East Indians. But truly the island was New World, which would one day be called " the Americans." Columbus made1492 one of the most important years in world history.

Snow Magic!
This story is about the snow making and the man who owns the Wild Mountain Ski Area in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. The city of Minneapolis is one of the coldest places in the United States. Winter there usually lasts a very long time. However, even in winter the area sometimes has warmer weather, and that means less snow.
Making snow? When nature doesn't make snow, because of the warm weather, Raedeke need to make snow. It's not magic, but kind of a science and also an art,too. It's careful and detailed work.
To enable this work correctly, he has some of the best snow making technology available. And snowmaking needs a lot of water all of the time. So where does all of this water come from? The essential thing for this work is the water reservoir on top of Wild Mountain. It's a big system provide 3000 gallons of water every minute.
With good weather , and a little snow magic , Raedeke can keep his skiers happy all winter long.

Blue Cows?
Is the nilgai a horse , an antelope, or a cow?
A farmers in India are having the searious problem because of the name of nilgai. In the language of the region, the word 'nil' means 'blue'. Therefore the name nilgai means 'blue cow' In Hinduism the cow is an important animal that has a high place in the Hindu religion. In fact, Hindus believe that cows are holy. Since the majority of the people in India are Hindu, the cow has become a significant symbol within the Indian culture. However for farmaers, nilgai is an object of hatred because thier important crops are great damages by nilgai.
It is the serious problems for farmers that they can't drive them.
Now , some farmers in Rajasthan wamt to give the nilgai a new name, just as they did in Punjab all those years ago.

This story is about the traditional culture dance at Hawaii. Now Hula is very famous dance all over the world, and people see it with pleasure. Hula has grown up under the Hawaii culture which is a land full of legends. One of the oldest legends tells of a special dance called the hula, which stated here more than three hundred years ago.
Though the present situation that Hula is loved widely, there is a time that not everyone has always liked the hula. For almost sixty years most Hawaiians were not allowed to perform the Hula in public for almost sixty years. After getting over obstacle to Hula, there is a renewed interest in Hawaiian culture throughout these islands. People of all ages want yo study the ancient culture.
The hula isn't an easy dance to do. regardless the popularity of it. More interestingly, the dance is not really about the body, but more about the mind. It's a very spiritual dance, dancing with expression of our feelings. It has become an important part of Hawaiian life and culture once again.

The island of Cheju has the natural beauty coast, and that nature is necessary for people living there to make a living. The more you get to know about Cheju, the more fascinated you are with it. The reason why it's famous for a group of legendary divers called haenyos. These women dive into the sea every day to look for sea food. It's their job, and it's difficult and very dangerous work.
There is a question why they continue to work as haenyos though their toughness of diving.
Actually the number of haenyos get to more few, a new generation of Cheju women tend to have different jobs at Cheju.
The answer is... diving is still a big business in Cheju and divers can make a good living doing it. It used to be the only way the women could get food for their families. They used to have no other choices which work they have.
However now, the situation is not the same, the younger women don't have to become divers , there are a variety of jobs in Cheju.With the changing of time and women' opinions the very old traditional if the haenyo may be dying out. The present haenyos may just be the last of the Cheju women divers.
